What Does Daisy Cutter Mean?

Branch: Royal Air Force.

Definition: A Daisy Cutter refers to a bomb that can clear an entire patch of land in one go. They were used by the RAF to clear areas up. They can also be used to refer to a faultless landing. In effect, a daisy cutter can have both a good or bad impact, depending on what it has been used for. Against enemies, they have a positive impact, and they help with landings. But used in the wrong way, they can be a disaster. In the context of a relationship, this could refer to someone who is great when good, but horrific when bad.

Example: It’s been so many years and I still can’t figure out whether I love or hate being with this person. There are times when I convince myself he’s an extremist and can’t do anything right, and then he does something kind to remind me of why I bothered to begin with. I don’t know why he’s such a daisy cutter!
