Woman ‘finds the Sock of Turin’

Have you heard of the Shroud of Turin?

It's a piece of cloth that is meant to bear the image of Jesus Christ. However, he has now been spotted in another garment – a sock.

Sarah Crane was doing her laundry when she noticed that one of her socks had creased up in such a way as to resemble Jesus Christ.

"I called my boyfriend over straight away – we could both clearly see the face of Jesus in the sock. There is a straight-on face and a side profile too – we couldn't believe it," she added.

Unfortunately for the women – who lives in London – whenever she tried to move it the crease lines disappeared.

Thankfully she took a picture so will always have something to remember it by.

She is not the first person to have claimed to see Jesus Christ in an everyday object and she certainly won't be the last.
