Sir Tom Jones is the latest big name to lend his support to an upcoming concert to raise money for injured troops.
The Welsh singer will appear at the Help for Heroes Concert 2010, which already boasts a line-up that includes Robbie Williams, Gary Barlow and Katherine Jenkins.
Sir Tom said he was proud to lend a hand to the Help for Heroes cause in any way he can.
"It's great to be able to do something for our troops and it's pretty rare to get the chance to do something fun and uplifting on home soil," he explained.
The event is taking place at Twickenham Stadium on September 12th and features the comedians Jason Manford and Jack Dee, as well as a host of musicians.
Gemma Reap, a 20-year-old woman with a fear of heights, recently jumped out of a plane at 13,000 ft in a tandem skydive to generate funds for the Help for Heroes charity.
