Online dating is a "fantastic" way to meet people that are looking for a real relationship.
That is according to dating expert Humfrey Hunter, who shared some tips with readers of the Sun that are searching for love.
He has recently written a book on the matter entitled The Men Files and says many people are fed up of trying to find a serious partner in pubs and clubs, as this often is not the best place to do so.
Instead, heading to the internet can be a great way to meet somebody who has similar interests.
"The general consensus with online dating is meet sooner rather than later and don't get embroiled in long-winded chats before hooking up," Mr Hunter suggests.
Another individual who has written a novel about finding Mr or Mrs Right is Lisa Becker, who has used her experiences of online dating to pen the publication, Easy Reader News reported.
