A fun day featuring motorbikes proved a great success and raised more than £1,000 for charity in the process.
The event was organised by Race Tec motorcycle and performance recovery and was in aid of Help for Heroes, reports the Spenborough Guardian.
Daniel Peel from the company explained a total of £1,101 was raised for the charity and this will be used to treat and support injured soldiers.
"We had a really good day. Lots of people have told me they had a great day," he stated.
Perhaps the only disappointment on an otherwise fun-packed day was that the Red Arrows were due to perform a fly past, but unfortunately this did not become a reality.
Mr Peel added the firm was happy overall with how the event went and many attendees used Facebook to express their delight with the day.
The fundraiser could well prove to be an inspiration to others who want to do their bit for Help for Heroes.
