A beautiful garden in Lincolnshire is set to open its doors next weekend in aid of military charity Help for Heroes.
Chris and Gill Eley have been lovingly creating a green wonderland in Kellett Gate, Low Fulney, and they have decided all proceeds from visitors on June 29th and 30th will go to the good cause, reports the Spalding Guardian.
Mr Eley has worked on the garden for many years, although he had never previously considered opening it to the public.
"I saw the chap on television who was murdered in London and then saw soldiers there with false legs. I do feel they need support and I thought to myself I could probably do something," he said.
Visitors to the garden will be able to admire a range of plants, with the couple having prepared a host of beds, borders, tubs and hanging baskets that are all bursting with colour at this time of the year.
