Lincolnshire Co-operative raised over £125,000 for Help for Heroes in 2011.
As well as selling wristbands, workers at the store have been taking part in various physical trials for which they have received sponsorship.
Up to 100 homes could now be adapted for wounded soldiers, while some of the cash may also go towards a personnel recovery centre.
Ursula Lidbetter, Lincolnshire Co-op's chief executive, stated: "It's fantastic and a tribute to the efforts all our staff have made in finding weird and wonderful ways to raise money throughout the past year."
Some £16,000 was raised through wristbands, while a further £20,000 has been donated through collection boxes.
Stuart Parker, an employee at the group, finished two consecutive Ironman challenges, while three women teamed up to do a triathlon.
Co-founder of Help for Heroes Bryn Parry told the society that the support it has shown is "incredible" and it is also "truly humbling".
