Jessica Biel: Cheesy lines won’t get soldiers anywhere

Cheesy chat-up lines are hilarious between groups of guys but using them on the fairer sex will see a soldier laughed out of the building.

That’s according to Hollywood beauty Jessica Biel, who told the Australian Associated Press that any bloke who is serious about impressing a girl will leave any lame chat-up lines at home.

One example of a complete no-no is ‘Do you have a mirror in your pocket because I can see myself in your pants?’, which will make a soldier look immature and plain pathetic.

"Just be yourself. Be confident. Go for it. That’s sexy when someone walks up and says, ‘You are interesting. I would like to take you out some place exciting’," she told the news provider.

Soldiers would do well to heed her advice and they can also learn a thing or two from Tiger Woods’ current predicament.

Andre Ross, writing for Examiner.com, says the golfer’s plight shows how difficult long-distance relationships can be and troops should take a look at theirs and decide if it is what they want.
