Members of two gyms are being asked to show how much they support soldiers in a new fundraising mission.
Troops headed to Stourport Sports Centre to launch the scheme, which sees participants take on a three-hour mission, the Kidderminster Shuttle reports.
They must use three pieces of cardiovascular equipment or go swimming for the set length of time, although those who enter can split the challenge as a group of three or four people.
All money raised will be donated to Help for Heroes, which was set up in 2007 and assists soldiers who have been injured on duty.
Fitness manager Serina Morgan comments: "It's good fun, especially if people do it in groups like a tag team.
"Three hours isn't a long time and there's no specific distance or speed you have to do."
Wyre Forest Glades Leisure Centre in Kidderminster is also hosting the event, which runs until August 5th.
