Georgian man pulls truck with his ear

Some people are able to complete outrageous shows of strength.

Whether it is lifting weights or carrying objects, men are always keen to prove they are blessed with brute strength.

However, a 32-year-old former wrestler and strongman from Georgia has gone one better, after he dragged an eight-and-a-half tonne truck for 21.5 metres using his ear.

While this may sound unbelievable, a film has been made of Lasha Pataraya completing the task as proof and Guinness World Records is now looking at the pictures to verify if it is indeed a new mark.

It is not the first time Mr Pataraya has showcased his ear-related abilities, as he has previously pulled a truck using just this bit of flesh back in 2007.

I'm not too sure how the man discovered he could do this, but it's not the kind of thing that I would fancy having a go at any time soon.
