A football supporter has recorded a run of attendance spanning 24 years and more than 1,300 consecutive games.
Southend United fanatic Phil Cox has not missed a match involving the League Two side since a trip to Grimsby Town in 1989.
Data analyst Phil estimates he has spent in the region of £28,000 following his beloved Shrimpers up and down the country for more than two decades.
"I've spent around £1,000 already this season and it keeps getting more and more expensive. But who needs food anyway?" he told Metro.
He is now hoping the team manage to convert their strong position in League Two into promotion back to League One by the end of the season.
Phil even speculated that he could be returning to Wembley to watch Southend in the play-off final – something he has done before and is hoping to enjoy again.
