Parents always want to see their kids have a healthy appetite, as it usually means they are not sick.
Trying to get children to eat their vegetables is a notoriously difficult task, but this is not a problem facing Rachel Horn.
This is because her son Zach Tahir suffers from Pica Disorder, which means he craves supposedly inedible objects, such as carpet, stones and wall plaster.
In order to stop her son from devouring his bedroom, Ms Horn has raised thousands of pounds so that non-edible materials can be used to rebuild the space.
The room's walls will be made from the same material as squash courts, while blinds are going to be installed between window panes.
Ms Horn stated: "Hopefully the measures we have taken will be Zach-proof. I'm hoping it will be indestructible even when he is 18."
It must be weird wanting to eat your bedroom, but it is probably a good excuse for having too much chocolate.
