Staff at a Debenhams store in King's Lynn have been doing their bit for charity by holding a number of events and competitions.

The employees at the store decided to raise as much money as they could for military charity Help for Heroes, reports the Lynn News.

They have hosted their own bake sale, run a number of themed dress up days and offered people the chance to join in with a guess the value of the mannequin game.

Help for Heroes is an extremely worthy cause that aims to support ex-servicemen and women who have left the military with injuries – either psychological or physical.

Its support centres help them to get back on their feet and get their lives on track following a potentially traumatic stint serving their country.
