Help for Heroes could soon receive a sizeable donation thanks to the work of a choir in Bedfordshire.
The Vauxhall Male Voice Choir (VMVC) from Dunstable is preparing to hold a special concert in Luton on November 24th that will be used to raise money for the charity, reports Dunstable Today.
Dulcet-toned Terry Driver will compere the event and VMVC spokesman Peter Hall said attendees can look forward to a strong Christmas flavour in the performance.
Ashton Middle School Choir will be special guests at the gig and various schools have been asked to contribute to a competition to create pictures and poems for VMVC ambassador and ex-serviceman Derek Derenalagi.
Mr Hill added: "Ashton Middle School has a very reputable choir under the baton of their conductor and music teacher Gemma Palmer."
Tickets for the concert cost £10 for adults and £5 for children, while families can buy a group ticket for £20.
