30% of Brits would sleep with anyone for £1 million

Single soldiers with a bit of cash may be pleased to hear that some 30 per cent of British people have admitted they would sleep with absolutely anyone for £1 million.

The Durex British Sex Survey found that a further 15 per cent would be willing to bed someone for £100,000, while five per cent of footie-mad participants said they would get down to it in return for tickets to the World Cup.

However, the research also revealed that the UK is on the whole a faithful nation, with 65 per cent saying they would never cheat on their partner.

The average Brit has slept with up to five different people and has sex three to four times a week, the survey found.

"It all makes pretty steamy reading," Ruth Gresty, spokeswoman for Durex told the Sun.

It could be that the 65 per cent of people who said they will never do the dirty on their loved one don’t live in Devon, as a recent study by OnePoll found that 47 per cent of people living in the seaside county are currently playing away from home.
