A tattooist is showing his support for soldiers at the same time as aiming to enter the Guinness Book of Records.
Jason Ling from Petersfield is gearing up for a record-breaking attempt of tattooing more than 800 people in 24 hours, the Petersfield Post reports.
Each participant must make a small donation to Help for Heroes and in return Mr Ling will tattoo an emblem of the charity on their body.
The current world record stands at 802 people in 24 hours, but the 41-year-old artist is confident he can beat this total when he takes the challenge on July 16th.
"I think it is such a great cause that people will hopefully say 'I helped the Help for Heroes charity by getting this logo on my leg'," Mr Ling states.
He's not the only body art specialist to support soldiers by helping the organisation, as the Scunthorpe Telegraph recently revealed a woman named Rose Elizabeth is charging £20 for customers to receive a cupcake tattoo, with the proceeds going towards the worthy cause.
