A scooter auction has helped raise around £800 for servicemen and women who have been injured while fighting for their country.
Witney Outriders collected the amount by selling donated items at the event – and the proceeds are being handed over to Help for Heroes, the Oxford Times reports.
Some of the lots up for auction included a signed copy of Jeremy Clarkson's autobiography and around British gangster Dave Courtney's castle.
Almost 200 people were in attendance at the get-together, which also included live music from the band WAM and a raffle.
Neil Grant, who organised the spectacle, described the gathering as a success and claimed he hopes a similar fundraiser takes place soon.
"It was an absolutely amazing night and I was overwhelmed by how many people turned up," he added.
Organisers of the Great Herts Feast – which will see dinner parties held up and down the country to raise cash for Help for Heroes and Herts Air Ambulance – recently stated they hope lots of people get involved in the event, the Watford Observer reported.
