Llanelli band to raise money for Help for Heroes

A rock band from Llanelli has decided to release a new album in a bid to raise as much cash as possible for Help for Heroes.

V0id, who have been dubbed one of the freshest classic rock bands in Wales this millennium, are set to release Unsung Songs For Unsung Heroes on November 11th, reports the Llanelli Star.

The release date coincides with Remembrance Day and it is hoped people will support the album in order to do their bit for charity.

Wayne Doyle, a vocalist and guitarist in the band, explained just how the group have changed their lyrics as they have matured over the years.

"The older that we have got as people, we appreciate what is going on around the world a bit more, and appreciate the sacrifices that people do make," he said.

Unsung Songs For Unsung Heroes is V0id's first release since 2010 and features a total of three tracks.
