The owner of an off licence in the US got the shock of his life recently when he came across a bag containing a woman's ashes.
Charlie Nguyen, who runs Charlie's Liquor and Smoke Shop in Wichita, Kansas uncovered the remains during a shift and immediately noticed they were labelled 'Grandma'.
A note went on to reveal the contents were the 'remains of Helen K Dapron' and said she passed away in June 2010.
Mr Nguyen went to the trouble of looking through CCTV tapes in a bid to identify the person who left the ashes in his shop, but his search drew a blank.
He told KSN: "Just like that, people leave phones, keys, stuff like that all the time, but I've never seen anything like this."
The search goes on for the family that owns the ashes and Mr Nguyen said he will not rest until he has done so as it is a very important matter.
