Almost £2,000 has been raised for Help for Heroes thanks to the cycling activities of four young boys from Tavistock.
Johnny Innes, Josh Croft, Will Wilson and Julian Huntingdon, all of whom are 16, came together to organise and complete a bike ride that helped them to raise the considerable sum, reports the Tavistock Times Gazette.
They took part in one of the popular 'End to End' challenges that saw them pedal their way from one end of the country to the other.
This meant they started their pursuit in John O'Groats before cycling all the way to Land's End – a task that is said to have taken them about two weeks.
Such a feat could provide plenty of inspiration for other people who are keen to support Help for Heroes, in the knowledge that any money they raise will be put to good use supporting wounded and injured servicemen.

Anyone know a Jeff Brown Raf. Stationed in gaza ?
Think of their families hopefully they will be released
