Women have been advised that there are certain men they should look out for when online dating, as they will not prove to be ideal for a long-term relationship.

The Indian Express suggested there are as many as 15 categories of males that are well worth avoiding.

Quoting online dating and relationship expert Joshua Pompey, who had penned an article for the Huffington Post, it noted alliances with guys who do not want to do anything will be boring and one-sided.

Another type of man to miss out on is those who expect women to clear up after them and look after them like children.

It is also worth running a mile if a man comments on money a lot early in a relationship, as this is likely to mean he is cheap.

With so many signs to watch out for, a woman should make a gentleman work to win her over, as by that time she will be confident he is of the right character to suit her.
