Single members of the armed forces who are hoping to meet a love match online may find that one high-profile star could soon be set to join the ranks of internet dating.
Julie Spira, dating expert, told the Huffington Post that following Jennifer Love Hewitt’s recent split from boyfriend Jamie Kennedy, she should definitely give the online dating world a try.
"Online dating will give her the opportunity to select men that she could be interested in," she said.
"The key for online dating as well as any type of dating after a serious break up is to be emotionally available."
But according to Julie, internet dating is more popular than you might think with celebrities – Halle Berry and Joan Rivers are both thought to have posted advertisements online, while Brad Pitt has given tips in the past on how to find a lover on the internet.
In 2005 Halle Berry told Contact Music: "I have been to a couple of dating ones just to see what everybody is talking about. I chime in and say a little fun stuff."
