Huey and the New Yorkers are donating the proceeds of their first single to Help for Heroes (H4H).
It is the latest project from Fun Lovin' Criminals singer Huey Morgan and he is urging people to buy Christmas By The Side Of The Road in order to raise as much money as possible for the military charity.
Morgan, who used to be a US Marine, is a big supporter of the armed forces and he is keen to make a difference.
"These men and women not only risk their lives, but they will also have to deal with the long-term psychological effects of war," he added.
Morgan believes the issue of caring for ex-servicemen and women is particularly pertinent at this time of year, as it is all too easy to get wrapped up in the festivities.
The song is taken from their debut album Say It To My Face.
