Email a man 4 or 5 times before meeting him, expert says

Single women should exchange four to five meaningful emails before sharing any personal information.

This is the advice offered by Candy Tolentino, a dating expert, who observed ladies should spend time looking at someone's responses and their profile before committing to a phone call.

Writing on the Huffington Post, she stated if potential suitors ask thoughtful questions about something in a profile he list some of his favourite things, then it is a good sign.

"You may have just ignited a spark that will change your status to 'table for two'," Ms Tolentino remarked.

Do not be afraid to make use of technology, she remarked, as it offer people an easy way to find out some more information about anyone they are due to meet.

Ms Tolentino also advises people to stay clear of coffee dates, instead going straight to the full-blown version, but a casual lunch or cocktails is fine.
