Dog disqualified from Crufts for pooing

One of the issues with having a dog is that nature can call at any time.

This means pet owners always have to be ready to deal with a toilet break at an inopportune moment.

However, one woman was left embarrassed after her pooch relieved herself while she was taking part in the dog show Crufts.

The five-year-old cross-breed named Libby was in the middle of negotiating the course when she stopped to answer the call of nature.

One of the commentators said: "Oh dear, disqualified. What was the reason for the disqualification? Pooing on the course, now that's not very nice is it?"

Even more embarrassing is the fact it was caught live on TV and so all the woman could do was pick up the excrement and walk off in shame.

I bet the next time she thinks about entering the dog in a competition she'll make sure it goes to the bathroom first.
