With the World Cup showing some of the healthiest guys on the planet competing for such a prestigious prize, it is hoped men will be encouraged to lace up their running shoes and hit the gym.
Dr Ian Banks, from NHS Norfolk, commented: "Just doing a small amount of activity can greatly improve a man’s quality of life, whether it’s walking more regularly [or] cycling to work."
