Who better to help them than Ahmed? The 32-year-old became a personal trainer after his stint in the forces. Despite his excellent health and fitness, the challenge isn’t an easy one.\n\nFor the vet, this is an important cause. He wanted to do this for families with poor children, looking to give them the support they need.
