{"id":86,"date":"2010-01-25T10:43:27","date_gmt":"2010-01-25T10:43:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/p=?86"},"modified":"2010-01-25T10:43:27","modified_gmt":"2010-01-25T10:43:27","slug":"soldiers-to-be-paraded-at-bristol-city-match","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/gb\/news\/soldiers-to-be-paraded-at-bristol-city-match\/","title":{"rendered":"Soldiers to be paraded at Bristol City match"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Soldiers who have seen active service in Afghanistan are set to get a huge reception from Bristol City fans tomorrow night.<\/p>\n<p>Troops from EGYPT, Viking Group and the 2nd Royal Tank Regiment will be paraded at half-time during the home match against Cardiff City to mark the end of their six-month tour of Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>Squadron sergeant major Pat Burgess told bcfc.co.uk that every single member deserves a massive pat on the back and thanked the people of Bristol for all the help and support they have given the troops.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bristol City, particularly David Lloyd and all the fans for their support during the tour.
