Single soldiers and others trying to find love after a long period of being alone might be wise to socialise as much as possible.<\/p>\n
Writing in the Daily Mirror, Coleen Nolan responded to a 32-year-old man who said he finds it difficult to approach women after spending a long time studying at university.<\/p>\n
Coleen suggested this may have reduced the reader's confidence and advised "going out as much as you can and talking to lots of different people".<\/p>\n
This may make it easier to find love when the time is right, as the singleton will be more self assured after socialising regularly.<\/p>\n
Inevitably there will be some people that will not be interested in a relationship, but the agony aunt – who is perhaps best known for her role as a panelist on talkshow Loose Women – explained this is something the majority of people experience before meeting Mr or Mrs Right.<\/p>\n
