Later this month an event will get underway that aims to raise money to help injured soldiers and recognise their bravery.<\/p>\n
Comedy for Heroes is being held at the Leicester Square Theatre in London on March 28th and proceeds will go towards Help for Heroes and The Royal British Legion.<\/p>\n
The likes of Norman Lovett, Milton Jones and Tommy Holgate will take to the stage to entertain the audience.<\/p>\n
Comedian Patrick Monahan is hosting the event, which starts at 19:30 BST and costs £15 per ticket.<\/p>\n
The Evening Standard has previously praised the award-winning comic, stating: "This gifted livewire commands the stage with a mix of wit and force of personality."<\/p>\n
Other fundraisers lined up to assist armed forces charities include a live special edition of Who Wants to be A Millionaire?<\/p>\n
The Sun recently revealed two soldiers will be seated opposite Chris Tarrant aiming to win cash for the Poppy Appeal in November.<\/p>\n
