longer.<\/p>\n<p>A new book written by Dr Eric Braverman &ndash; entitled Younger (Sexier) You &ndash; has claimed being busy in the bedroom raises hormone levels, boosts metabolism and improves heart health, brain function and immunity.<\/p>\n<p>The medical expert &ndash; currently an assistant professor of integrative medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College &ndash; suggested eating particular foods can help cure many sexual problems.<\/p>\n<p>He advised peanuts can benefit arousal and coffee can enhance a flagging libido.<\/p>\n<p>A healthy sex drive can aid the manufacturing of vitamin D by the skin and boosts the production of oxytocin, which helps memory and brain function, Dr Braverman added.<\/p>\n<p>Former Police front man Sting recently heralded the health benefits of an active
