Psychologist Travis Gee has told the Sydney Morning Herald how a chance encounter with a woman – who lived on a different continent – over the web, resulted in marriage.<\/p>\n
The Australian was browsing an online dating site when he came across the profile of a lady who caught his eye.<\/p>\n
Mr Gee took his chances and messaged the female, who duly began returning his comments of affection.<\/p>\n
"She had nothing else to do, so she responded to my messages," he revealed.<\/p>\n
The pair started getting in contact with each other on a daily basis for a number of months, before Mr Gee flew to Tokyo with an engagement ring.<\/p>\n
