gratitude after receiving an inspirational good luck message from soldiers fighting in Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>Servicemen and women representing Britain abroad put together a DVD featuring a number of messages of support for the team ahead of the World Cup.<\/p>\n<p>Captain Steven Gerrard said he found the tribute &quot;very moving&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;It made me realise how lucky I am to be here leading the team out in the World Cup,&quot; he remarked.<\/p>\n<p>The Liverpool midfielder added the message puts everything into perspective and will help drive the players in their quest for glory.<\/p>\n<p>It was hand-delivered to the team in South Africa by Sir David Richards of the Football Association and included troops at Camp Bastion relaying on their best wishes to Gerrard and his teammates. <\/p>\n<p>David Beckham recently flew to Afghanistan to tell soldiers battling on the front line of his respect and admiration for the invaluable work they are performing on behalf of the
