That’s because a new study has revealed a whopping 18 million adults in the UK have sustained injuries because of their sexy antics in the last year alone, the Daily Mail reported. <\/p>\n
Common complaints included bruises, pulled muscles and cricked necks, but two per cent of couples have even suffered from broken bones as a result of their bedroom behaviour. <\/p>\n
Not only did the survey – undertaken by phonepiggybank.com – reveal that sex can be a risky activity but it can also be an expensive pastime, as almost half of those questioned admitted to damaging something while getting it on.<\/p>\n
The average cost of sex-related breakages amounted to a certainly not cheap £154.<\/p>\n
"Sex is a risky business these days," said a spokesperson for the site. <\/p>\n
