A brand new online reality show is doing its best to encourage people to think about dating someone of a different race to themselves.

Swirlr, which can be viewed on YouTube, features a number of individuals who are keen to find love with people of various races, reports the Daily Mail.

Christelyn Karazin, blogger of BeyondBlackWhite.com, hosts the show with Jordan Harbinger and they try to pair candidates based on their wishes.

"You can find love in a variety of different packages. With this show there is also an element of online dating, an online dating platform," she told hlntv.com.

Ms Karazin went on to suggest the reaction to the show has been incredibly positive, with many viewers saying they are pleased to find a production that truly reflects what is going on in the US.

In her own relationship, she embraced differences between her and her partner and is happy as a result.
