dater: No stigma attached to finding love on the web"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Several years ago Britons could be forgiven for feeling a little embarrassed about the idea of using online dating sites in order to find a new partner.<\/p>\n<p>There was certainly a stigma attached to the process in the period before it became very much the norm for thousands of singletons.<\/p>\n<p>Online dater Giuseppe Labellarte has written a blog for the Nottingham Post in which he urged people to ignore any stereotypical views of web dating that may still exist.<\/p>\n<p>He suggested any views in 2014 are &quot;unadulterated prejudiced nonsense&quot;, as online dating is the inevitable consequence of the internet changing how people go about pursuing new relationships.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;With technology woven into the fabric of our day-to-day lives, online dating should be viewed as a legitimate place as any to look for love,&quot; Mr Labellarte stated.<\/p>\n<p>It certainly seems to have worked a treat for the man from West Bridgford, as he is in a happy relationship with a partner he met online.<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"ADNFCR-2867-ID-801686167-ADNFCR\"
