James Preece, dating expert at the app Lovoo, has written a piece for Female First in which he explained online flirting prior to a date can be a great idea.<\/p>\n
He said online flirting helps people to build a rapport much faster than they would if they spoke face-to-face initially.<\/p>\n
These vital conversations are very similar to meeting in person and can "speed up the dating process considerably".<\/p>\n
Mr Preece continued: "Flirting can set the scene before you meet up and makes your intentions clear. If you don't flirt then you'll probably find yourself stuck in the dreaded 'friends zone'."<\/p>\n
