It explained the first step is to prepare, so this means thinking about exactly how a split will affect every aspect of life such as financial implications and any joint ties that exist.<\/p>\n
Next comes the execution of the plan and people must "man up" and accept it is over, so delivering the news should not be a burden. The magazine suggested people need to instantly start thinking of their ex as being in the past.<\/p>\n
Finally, new singletons will have to deal with the aftermath and, as tempting as it might be to stay in touch, it is rarely a good idea.<\/p>\n
One shrewd move could be to sign up for an online dating site in order to find someone new.
