{"id":2106,"date":"2013-03-28T09:57:14","date_gmt":"2013-03-28T09:57:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/p=?2106"},"modified":"2013-03-28T09:57:14","modified_gmt":"2013-03-28T09:57:14","slug":"lancashire-mum-leads-the-way-in-supporting-help-for-heroes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/gb\/news\/lancashire-mum-leads-the-way-in-supporting-help-for-heroes\/","title":{"rendered":"Lancashire mum leads the way in supporting Help for Heroes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A mother in Lancashire has decided to join the band of people who support Help for Heroes, and immediately got stuck in by completing a Hadrian's Wall trek.<\/p>\n<p>Joanne Rutherford, 27, from Chipping grew up in a military family so is only too aware of how life in the services can affect relatives of soldiers, reports the Lancashire Post.<\/p>\n<p>After completing her first event for the good cause, she decided she wanted to keep on helping out in any way she could.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I can't imagine what the guys are going through over in Afghanistan, especially if they come back injured.
