dating &#8216;becoming a hit with those in their 20s&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Online dating websites are becoming increasingly popular with young people and are no longer exclusive to ageing divorcees.<\/p>\n<p>The Newcastle Herald has told the story of veterinary science student Steph Wyllie, who is just one of thousands of people in their 20s looking for love online.<\/p>\n<p>Experts believe a &quot;fundamental shift&quot; is taking place in the way online dating platforms are accessed by those in their 20s and 30s.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Wyllie signed up to an Australian site a month ago and has received in the region of 150 'virtual kisses' from prospective partners, indicating just how many younger people are searching for somebody via the web.<\/p>\n<p>She admitted to being worried about the possibility that many people would be looking for casual relationships, but &quot;it's not the case&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>While there are still some misconceptions about internet dating, these are slowly being erased and the web is becoming a top place to look for love.<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"ADNFCR-2867-ID-801542733-ADNFCR\"
