The pair were having some fun when they plunged 12ft down a steep embankment.<\/p>\n
Firefighters, paramedics and a mountain rescue team had to be called to the scene in order to rescue them.<\/p>\n
A North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson stated: "It would appear that a couple in their 30s were getting a little bit amorous against a stone wall at the side of the road."<\/p>\n
As the woman fell over, she grabbed her partner and they both ended up taking a tumble.<\/p>\n
The man had to be brought to hospital for suspected abdominal and leg injuries, while the lady is also thought to have damaged her pelvis.<\/p>\n
It just goes to show you how people need to be careful, even when they are lusting after each other, as trouble can strike at any time.<\/p>\n
