A first-time novelist is giving the profits from the online sales of his debut novel to Help for Heroes (H4H).<\/p>\n
Steve Vorley has written a book called Predatory and it is available to purchase on Amazon for Kindle users, the Bury Times reports.<\/p>\n
He chose to support the military charity because his brother and grandfather both served in the armed forces and so he is hoping to raise as much money as possible.<\/p>\n
"I want readers to feel that not only are they getting a bargain, but at the same time they are doing a little bit of good for such a worthy cause," Mr Vorley stated.<\/p>\n
It is expected that 36p from each download sale of the 260-page novel will go to H4H.<\/p>\n
Predatory – which took Mr Vorely seven drafts to complete – is described by the author as a contemporary fantasy that is X-Men meets Jason Bourne.<\/p>\n
