for charity calendar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Royal Marines from 40 Commando have stripped naked for a calendar shoot in an effort to raise around &pound;30,000 for charity.<\/p>\n<p>Released just in time for Christmas, the money collected by the calendar will go to the Go Commando charity, which provides support to Navy officers and their families.<\/p>\n<p>The unit was instrumental in setting it up in 2010 and so its members were the obvious choice when models were needed.<\/p>\n<p>Despite their heavy workload, Lieutenant Colonel Matt Jackson was determined that his men would be involved, noting that the calendar would act as a &quot;fitting tribute&quot; to 40 Commando.<\/p>\n<p>The calendar has been produced entirely by the unit, with the Marines directing as well as starring in the pictures, while Rhys O'Leary &ndash; a photographer with 40 Commando &ndash;
