One of the main benefits is the fact that getting an erection is actually exercise for the penis and those who don’t get them that often could run in to trouble later in life.<\/p>\n
Another reason to get as much as you can is that those who ejaculate on a regular basis are 30 per cent less likely to get prostate cancer.<\/p>\n
Hot soldiers who do get their leg over a lot will also benefit from increased testosterone production, which strengthens muscles and bones, and a good workout.<\/p>\n
"It’s a well-known stereotype that men don’t need more reasons to have sex, but it’s important to remember that regular sexual activity is more than recreational – good sexual health is vital to a man’s overall physical, psychiological and emotional health," Dr Harry Buffman, from the Boston Medical Group, said.<\/p>\n
However, troops won’t get anything if they try cheesy chat-up lines with women, Hollywood star Jessica Biel recently told the Australian Associated Press.<\/p>\n
