{"id":1789,"date":"2012-10-15T14:56:28","date_gmt":"2012-10-15T14:56:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/p=?1789"},"modified":"2012-10-15T14:56:28","modified_gmt":"2012-10-15T14:56:28","slug":"h4h-gets-money-thanks-to-zip-wear-challenge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/gb\/news\/h4h-gets-money-thanks-to-zip-wear-challenge\/","title":{"rendered":"H4H gets money thanks to Zip Wear challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A number of people in Sunderland have completed a daring zip wire attempt in an effort to raise money for Help for Heroes (H4H).<\/p>\n<p>The challenge saw participants make the 250-metre journey from the Stadium of Light to Liebherr Cranes on the other side of the River Wear, the Sunderland Echo reports.<\/p>\n<p>Individuals taking part in Zip Wear hit speeds of up to 25 mph and were suspended 45 m in the air.<\/p>\n<p>Miss Sunderland 2012 winner Rebecca Mason was among those who took to the skies to collect money for H4H and she thought it was a fantastic experience.<\/p>\n<p>She added: &quot;I would definitely do it again but I do feel a bit shaky.
