{"id":1763,"date":"2012-09-28T15:18:57","date_gmt":"2012-09-28T15:18:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/p=?1763"},"modified":"2012-09-28T15:18:57","modified_gmt":"2012-09-28T15:18:57","slug":"6500-mile-charity-bike-ride-to-help-h4h","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/gb\/news\/6500-mile-charity-bike-ride-to-help-h4h\/","title":{"rendered":"6,500-mile charity bike ride to help H4H"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Three former soldiers are going to cover 6,500 miles as part of a charity motorbike trek.<\/p>\n<p>All of the money raised by the challenge &ndash; which is going to take the team two weeks to complete and will see them travel through 20 countries &ndash; will go towards Help for Heroes (H4H), the Sun reports.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Cavendish, who is a former World Champion road racer, told the paper: &quot;I urge anyone to give what they can for this mission, it's a gruelling trip and a seriously big effort.
