{"id":1724,"date":"2012-09-06T15:53:49","date_gmt":"2012-09-06T15:53:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/p=?1724"},"modified":"2012-09-06T15:53:49","modified_gmt":"2012-09-06T15:53:49","slug":"uk-man-catches-two-massive-fish-on-same-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/gb\/news\/uk-man-catches-two-massive-fish-on-same-day\/","title":{"rendered":"UK man catches two massive fish on same day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Catching a massive carp can be seen as a bit of good fortune.<\/p>\n<p>But netting two of Britain's biggest fish in the same day is just daft.<\/p>\n<p>However, this is exactly what Brian Humphries did on a fishing trip to a lake in Berkshire.<\/p>\n<p>He managed to reel in a 27kg carp known as the Parrot and followed this up with a 18kg common carp called the Big Common.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Humphries said struggling with the Parrot, which is the biggest-ever catch in the UK, was like fighting Mike Tyson &ndash; and I'm sure no one would fancy 12 rounds with him.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I've been fishing for 40 years and this is the biggest fish I've ever caught.
