{"id":1692,"date":"2012-08-20T09:13:20","date_gmt":"2012-08-20T09:13:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/p=?1692"},"modified":"2012-08-20T09:13:20","modified_gmt":"2012-08-20T09:13:20","slug":"woman-dials-999-over-missing-glasses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/gb\/news\/woman-dials-999-over-missing-glasses\/","title":{"rendered":"Woman dials 999 over missing glasses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Some people really get themselves worried and in a state for no reason.<\/p>\n<p>This is especially true of one woman from the UK, who recently rang 999 because she had lost her specs.<\/p>\n<p>She was standing outside Specsavers, but after being unable to locate her glasses took the drastic action of getting the police on the case.<\/p>\n<p>Unsurprisingly, the force was not too impressed with this complete waste of their time.<\/p>\n<p>Superintendent Craig Downham cautioned: &quot;There's been a marked increase in this.
