{"id":1675,"date":"2012-08-10T08:57:08","date_gmt":"2012-08-10T08:57:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/p=?1675"},"modified":"2012-08-10T08:57:08","modified_gmt":"2012-08-10T08:57:08","slug":"charity-golf-day-raises-4k-for-battle-back","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/gb\/news\/charity-golf-day-raises-4k-for-battle-back\/","title":{"rendered":"Charity golf day raises \u00a34k for Battle Back"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A golf day organised to support Battle Back has raised &pound;4,000 for the military charity.<\/p>\n<p>The event was held at Betchworth Park Golf Club in Surrey and all of the money collected through sponsorships and donations will help injured servicemen and women adjust to their new lives.<\/p>\n<p>Major Tristan Crew, executive officer at Headley Court, told the Leatherhead Advertiser that sport can be good when trying to rehabilitate soldiers both physically and psychologically.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Golf is ideal.
