&#8216;need to be sexually self-confident&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A troop who is confident in her sexual ability will enjoy a healthier love life, a dating guru has claimed.<\/p>\n<p>Paula Hall, sexual and relationship psychotherapist at Relate, stated that a lot of female soldiers see their sex lives slow down after the age of 35 for many reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Tiredness, stress and other lifestyle factors get in the way of a healthy sex life, however, many are uncomfortable with their bodies and the state of their relationships.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;The more you look after your body generally and the more confidence you can feel about yourself, the healthier the state of your relationship &ndash; the more chance there is that you are going to continue to have really good sex,&quot; Ms Hall said.<\/p>\n<p>According to a survey by Sky Real Lives, 28 per cent of women aged 35 and over never have sex, with ladies in Scotland the most deprived as 38 per cent of those
